Copyright, Licence and Open Access Policy

1. Open Access and Price Policy

The journal adheres to a full open access policy. All articles are available free of charge on the journal’s website and via DergiPark. The journal does not charge authors any fees related to the submission, review, or publication process.

The articles published in our journal are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. All articles published in our journal are published as open access under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license.

 

2. Copyright

Authors must sign and upload the Copyright Form to the system when submitting their articles. By signing this form, authors:  

a. confirm that the work submitted to the journal is original and does not constitute plagiarism from any other work,

b. confirm that they have made an individual contribution to this work and assume all responsibility for it,

c. confirm that they have reviewed and approved the final version of the article,

d. The article has not been published elsewhere or submitted to another journal for consideration or publication concurrently with our journal,

e. The text, information, documents, figures, tables, and other elements contained in the article do not infringe upon any copyrights,

f. You assume all academic, scientific, ethical, and legal responsibility for the submitted article,

g. The Publisher and the Journal Editors shall bear no liability for any claims or lawsuits filed by third parties due to copyright infringement; all liability rests with the authors,

h. The article contains no criminal elements or statements contrary to the law, and no unlawful materials or methods were used during the research,

i. They acknowledge and agree that the publisher is authorized to publish this work under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. In addition, the authors reserve all commercial and intellectual property rights.

 

As long as the license terms are met, anyone may exercise the specified freedoms:

You may copy and distribute the work.

You may create new works based on the existing work.

You may use the work provided you meet the attribution requirements.

You may not use the material for commercial purposes, as all commercial rights to the articles belong to the authors.
